Z-PEEK, one of the strongest polymers available, has a strength-to-weight ratio comparable to stainless steel and excellent thermal properties. It is capable of withstanding thermal cycling in vacuum chambers, radiation, and significant wear in PEEK-steel gear pairs at 1600 rpm for over 22 million cycles.

Z-PEEK is designed to work with the Zortrax Endureal 3D printer, supporting both single extrusion mode and dual extrusion with Z-SUPPORT High-Temp for breakaway support structures. It's suitable for space industry applications, including outside the cabin, and is also used in aviation, the oil industry, and advanced mechanical engineering.
