Industrial Manufacturing

Delivering advanced production capabilities to high-tech industries worldwide.

With a large build volume of 400 x 300 x 300 mm, the printer can easily accommodate full-sized structural industrial components. Thanks to its soluble support printing capability, you can efficiently utilize the majority of the build volume by stacking models in batches on top of each other.

01

Industrial Safety Systems

Zortrax Endureal features an advanced sensor system with over 30 sensors, ensuring uninterrupted operations in manufacturing and product development. It includes a blackout response system, remote printing progress monitoring via a heat-resistant camera, advanced filament sensors, and controlled filament storage for optimal material conditions.

02

Performance Under Control

The Zortrax Endureal is equipped with a comprehensive sensor array to consistently deliver peak performance. These sensors include temperature sensors to prevent overheating, capacitive sensors for precise calibration, optical sensors for accurate extruder positioning, fan stop sensors to ensure proper cooling, and extruder sensors for uninterrupted operation. Together, these sensors contribute to the printer's reliable and efficient functionality.

03

Reinventing Dual Extrusion

Traditionally, dual extrusion LPD Plus technology was employed for creating support structures with a separate support material. However, Zortrax aimed for innovation by harnessing the Endureal's LPD Plus technology to 3D print composite parts using two different PEEK blends simultaneously. This advancement allows the production of composite models, including standard Z-PEEK and an electrically conductive PEEK blend developed by ESA, suitable for space applications.

04

Aerospace-Grade Materials

Various advanced filaments are available for Endureal, each tailored to specific applications. Z-PEI 1010 offers high rigidity and chemical resistance, suitable for industries like automotive. Z-PEI 9085 is a durable blend with aerospace and automotive applications, while Z-PEEK is exceptionally strong and meets space standards. BASF Ultrafuse® PPSU is designed for aerospace and railroad 3D printing, and VICTREX AM™ 200 excels in Z-axis strength.

Cutting-Edge

Zortrax Endureal, a third-generation 3D printer, empowers advanced model manufacturing using high-temperature PEI, PEEK-based polymers, and metallic powder filaments.

Controlled Filament's Compartment

The filament compartment ensures an ideal storage environment for material spools, equipped with a moisture absorber to reduce humidity levels suitable for highly hygroscopic materials.

Moving Forward

Zortrax Endureal contributes to cutting-edge research, including simultaneous 3D printing of composite models and metal coatings on PEEK parts with ESA. ESA engineers created an electrically conductive PEEK blend, retaining PEEK's properties while enabling data and power transfer lines.

Cost-Effective Metal Parts

Zortrax Full Metal Packages 17-4 PH and 316L provide essentials for stainless steel parts on the Zortrax Endureal 3D printer. It's cost-effective for rapid production of high-mechanical property metal parts with complex geometries.

Features

Endureal integrates various technological solutions, making it a unique tool designed for high-tech industries and specialized fields.

Key components in the Zortrax Endureal have been designed to be easily maintained and fixed on the spot without voiding the warranty with the use of tools and parts provided in the Maintenance Kit.
