Z-FLEX, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer, allows for 3D printing at a swift rate of 45 mm/s. This filament has excellent interlayer bonding and maintains a dimensional tolerance of less than +/- 0.02 mm.

Z-FLEX is capable of enduring high temperatures up to 70 °C and remains stable even in extreme cold, down to -40 °C. It's ideal for 3D printing items that need to be flexed often, such as tires, flexible hinges, or seals.

This material is developed for Zortrax printers and is also compatible with other FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) 3D printers that can print 1.75 mm diameter filaments and support the necessary extrusion temperatures.
